Add a networked device—-Other methods(Upper right corner)—Next—write down your rounter message—-Config—-Wait a moment—–It will successful—–Now you will can use 4G instead of wifi

2: Does the camera support 2.4G and 5G WiFi? Why the camera failed to connect to my wifi network?

The camera only support use with 2.4GHZ wifi , it’s can’t support 5GHZ network.

Make sure your mobile connect 2.4G wifi network, then reset the camera and reconnect it. Any questions, Please contact our service for help.

3: What’s the default password?

The wifi camera default password is 9876543210 .For your privacy, please modify the password after you connect it.

4: Why is the camera display offline??

Please reset the camera using before, Make sure the wifi camera on power and the camera is connected correctly.(You can read the user carfully or watch the video connection way in Description)

5: what is the Application , it is free ?

Yes,the camera only support use with “Camview” camera APP
